You might be able to order Ragazzi crib parts or get information through Storkcraft.

To reach Storkcraft call (877) 274-0277 Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pacific Standard Time or you can visit their website at storkcraft.com.

If you contact them via email using the website, they want your first and last name, email address, home address and telephone number in your email, in the online form or you will be required to give it to a customer service rep if you call them.
