Pottery Barn Larkin Crib Owners Assembly Instructions Manual with Parts Diagram
I wanted to buy replacement parts for my baby's Pottery Barn Larkin crib and called the company's customer service department. The representative was very prompt in getting back to me regarding my request.
Go here to see possible metal crib part replacements.
I was very sad and surprised to be informed by the Pottery Barn customer service department that they did not have any parts for sale for our crib which at the time of our correspondence was a current model that was for sale on their website.
The Larkin 4-in-1 Convertible Crib is very beautiful and nicely built. The bed is very sturdy and I have no complaints with the quality beyond the fact that if you lose the parts or (I suppose?) if something breaks, Pottery Barn does not offer replacements according to this response I received:
"Regrettably, we do not have the hardware for purchase for the Larkin 4 in 1 Convertible Baby crib. I have provided the assembly instructions in hopes that you are able to purchase the proper hardware for the item. I sincerely apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience this may have caused and we appreciate your understanding in this matter."
To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement.

I wonder if taking the parts diagram in the
Pottery Barn crib instructions manual to the local hardware store or metal working shop to see if they can help with replacements would be a good idea.
I am very concerned about using generic metal parts to assembly the baby's bed even if Pottery Barn indicates that is a possible route to take.
