Pink and Green Vintage Inspired Nursery

Pink, teal green and antique white vintage inspired nursery room for a baby girl
The pink and green color scheme for Sarah's
vintage inspired nursery theme is the fabric that I bought from House Inc. Fabrics. I used it to make my own crib comforter, bumper pad, diaper stacker and soft blocks.
The only accessory in the room that might be considered "modern" or "new" is the Wendy Bellissimo crib mobile and even its hanger is a vintage reproduction.
I love the teal green color of the cabinet that Sarah found in an antique store right there in her hometown of Marshall, MI.
The cabinet can be turned on its side to use as a toy box but she chose not to use it in that capacity since she would have to install a special safety hinge.
The chest of drawers was a family piece that had been painted in navy blue, but she painted over it to make it a pretty shade of teal or aqua with just a touch of the old navy blue color peeking through giving it a shabby chic look.
The lamp on the chest has a tea-stained shade and with pom pom fringe trim.
Nursery Decorations
Mom decorated the room with some vintage toys, glass jars with beautiful old-fashioned labels and storage canisters that she found at a flea market. There is also a handkerchief with a picture of Jack and Jill on it.
Distressed
pink and green nursery wall letters are hung over the changing table that spell "Vivian", the baby girl's name. The picture of the child in the raincoat is vintage and if you look; every color is created from a different piece of fabric or felt.
The Crib and Nursery Furniture
The Jenny Lind crib and changing table that we used to furnish the baby's vintage inspired nursery are new.
The clock is a vintage reproduction and the crib quilt was a baby gift made by my aunt.
