I, too, am searching for replacement parts for a Pali Italy Rosalia. My crib is in the "noce" color which is a medium-tone wood color.

My crib was manufactured in Italy in 2004. Do you know what year yours was manufactured?

The reason I ask is because we can only order hardware from Pali for cribs manufactured from 2015 forward.

You can find a free download of the owners' manual here for the Rosalia and the Carmen crib that includes a very detailed parts diagram that you can take to the hardware store to see if they might have bolts, screws, etc. that you need.

FWIW, Pali says not to substitute parts.
