Jungle Safari Baby Nursery Theme

An exotic jungle Safari baby nursery theme with a black and white zebra print area rug.
I looked around at different stores for animal print objects to use in my jungle safari baby nursery theme. During my shopping excursion I found ceramic giraffes, zebra print rugs and animal picture frames that I used to create the nursery's decor.

I used a leopard throw to decorate the nursery chair and placed a leopard pillow on the seat for back support. The giraffe ottoman is not just cute, it also has a hidden storage area inside.
I made the leopard print curtains myself. I found some cool animal framed art at garage sales and a neat wicker hamper that looked like it was made specifically for a jungle safari baby nursery theme. The lamp shade was an original design that I made from animal print ribbon. I painted wall letters that spelled the name of my expected son in different animal patterns, and then I copied the animal prints onto the blades of the ceiling fan. The brown, furry boa I hot glued to one of the blades and the First letter of the names made a cool lion look.
I arranged the crib in an angled position in the corner of the room and bought some loose bamboo to make an arrangement behind the crib. I had originally planned to make my own
Safari baby bedding set, quilt and bumpers myself, but there was a set with animals of the Serengeti playing sports that my husband just had to have, especially since the King of the Jungle was playing soccer!
There are so many neat animal print objects available in stores that incorporating them into our Jungle Safari Baby Nursery Theme was fun, and I think it made for a very unique and original room for baby.
