You can try contacting the company at pali-design.com to see if they can offer assistance but you probably should not expect much considering the age of your crib. Some companies only offer product support for a couple of years and yours is seventeen years old.

If someone has a copy of the parts diagram from the instructions that they will share you might consider taking it to your hardware store to see if you can buy what you need there.
