Maybe we could ask everyone to take photos of the parts and hardware that they have so that we could refer to them and see if we can find them elsewhere or even have a machine shop make them for us?

I have this same issue. I contacted the company and they just told me they couldn't help me because it was discontinued... Not sure what else to do. I would go to the store and try to buy the parts, but I don't know what parts I need... If you ever got a solution I would like to hear it email me at patches.techy@gmail DOT com

I think the first number the other poster listed is not the right one; try 1-800-295-1980 first.

They will probably have the parts you need unless your crib is so old that they no longer stock the parts.

You can also request assembly instruction manuals at that number if you need one.

The first number is for Dorel customer service 1-800-544-1108. This number is for Dorel Asia is most likely where you can get information for ordering replacement parts for Dorel Asia models 1-800-295-1980.

Hopefully they will have the parts that you want to buy.
