Hi, My name is Claudia,

I am looking for a resource for Caden Convertible Crib Replacement Parts for a Caden Convertible Crib by Rockland, Model 343 8281. I am missing some crib screws for the baby crib.

Is there anyone here that could tell me how to go about replacing the missing screws? The crib is like the one in the picture above that is in the honey color.

Did anyone ever point you in the right way to locate the missing assembly hardware? We were given a crib and the wrong bag of hardware. I need the hex screws with the barrels. I am also looking for the metal piece that attaches to the wooden frame that then supports the wire frame for the mattress. I need a few spring for the frame as well. I'd love to hear from you if you were able to get any help. I have not received any responses from JCPenny

ok so im having the same kind of issue but not the same at the same time i lost all the screws and the instruction manual to my caden crib it is flat backed not arched like the one in the picture and i got it delivered to a store in arizona im not the one who purchased it i just recieved it as a gift from family how should i go about getting new screws should i call the number that was given above or has anyone found a better way?

JCPenney can help you get the Caden convertible crib parts that you need. All you have to do is call 1-800-933-7115 and take the "parts option" on the menu.

Since your baby crib is an import, you will have to request the missing screws from JCPenney rather than dealing with the manufacturer directly.

When you call, you should have all details regarding the crib screws ready to give to the service representative including the length of the screw and whether it's a "flat head" or " Philips head" screw that you are looking for.
