Assembly Instructions for a Rockland Crib

I am looking for assembly instructions for a Rockland Crib (Model # 343-8420-0018 Serial # 0415364) with an attached changing table that is 8 years old and was bought at JCPenney.

I am trying to find an assembly manual and when I contacted JCPenny they told me that they have no information on a baby crib with the numbers I gave them.

Any info would be great.
