Stripes, Polka Dots and Puppy Baby Bedding Nursery Theme in Pink and Gray
Unless you look closely, you might not see the puppy baby nursery theme just the stripes and polka dots and the pink and grey color scheme since it's not strictly a puppy nursery theme.
However, if you will look beyond the stripes and polka dots you will see from the pictures of puppies that we are dog lovers and wanted to share our love of pets both past and present with our baby girl.

My husband and I have been lucky enough to find out early in the months of my pregnancy that we are having a girl and we are thrilled beyond our wildest dreams. We knew that we wanted a
baby girl nursery with a feminine look that had plenty of pink, but we had also tossed around the idea of a puppy baby nursery theme decorated with a puppy dog crib set when we weren't sure if we were having a boy or girl.
Here's a description of the layout that you see in the pictures of the baby's nursery.
All elements included in the nursery were selected for longevity (excluding the crib). We wanted the majority of the nursery's furniture to be suitable for her to use into her early teenage years. We tried to design the space with features that will allow her to modify the room as she gets older.
Her dad and I painted the walls a shade of grey with blue undertones to cool down all of the pink accessories and area rugs. The color will be easily blendable with other colors which will be helpful especially if she is not fond of pink. We tried to include just enough in the way of pink accent pieces in the design to add a bit of spice and also leave no doubt that it is a girls room.
WHERE DOES THE PUPPY NURSERY THEME COME IN?We framed our favorite photographs of three pet puppy dogs that we loved from our past as well as pictures of our present dogs. We decided to have them developed in black and white to avoid any possible clash of color. We felt that they add a cozy, personalized touch and the upside is that we get our puppy nursery theme while maintaining a feminine style of baby decor.
THE NURSERY FURNITUREThe changing table is actually a converted dresser that I dressed up with a custom pad on top. Once diapers are out of the picture, A Puppy
Baby Nursery Theme with Stripes and Polka Dots will easily revert back to the status of dresser simply by removing the pad. We also added a simple chair that we modified with rockers which can also be removed further down the road.
BLENDING THE ADJOINING BATHROOMThe bathroom that adjoins a Puppy Baby Nursery Theme with Stripes and Polka Dots was left with the original white paint. The neutral, waffle fabric that we used on the shower curtain and towels will adapt just as easily as the rest of the nursery for changes in accent colors and personal touches as she grows older.
I had a great time pulling all items together for our baby girl's feminine puppy nursery theme with stripes and polka dots. I can't wait to see her in it when she arrives!
